Digital sample boards are becoming more common, as a convenient option for interior designers to whip up in a pinch. However, to really bring the “mood” to your board, a physical version has the benefit of providing the tactile experience of each sample. You can also add in extra touches to enhance the “vibe” and make reference to your inspiration – this example uses fresh chillies to complement the glossy red tiles of a kitchen/dining area.

I was thrilled to be asked to take on a full house colour consultation - a paid job for a 'real' client … I rose to the challenge and found the entire process flowed relatively easily with the help of all the various course notes.

I have been making professional floor plans and 3D visualisations for quite some time. My graphic background and photography experience eventually led me to the field of interior design. I was looking for something with which I could bundle, connect and expand the separate elements I offer my clients.
The hands-on projects helped me build confidence, and the expert guidance from instructors made learning both enjoyable and practical.
