I thought that The Professional Interior Design Course was very informative. It gave you all the information you needed to complete the assignments before it actually told you what the assignment was. This meant you had all the knowledge ready to use. I enjoyed learning about colours the most and researching all the colours available for me to use.
I found my tutor’s feedback really helpful. I liked how I was given comments specific to my work as well as generic comments that state things to look out for in the future when dealing with real clients. The feedback gave me confidence in knowing that I was on the right track.
Throughout the course, I learned which areas of interior design interested me the most and gained knowledge and skills to assist me in my professional career. This included the types of equipment used, the types of scale in drawings and how to set out professional documents for clients. It also helped me realise that interior design was definitely something I had a passion for and that it’s something I want to pursue.
Now that I have finished the course, I’m hopeful that adding this course to my CV will help me attract clients of my own or become employed by someone in the future. My plans are to seek out further studies on the subjects I’ve enjoyed the most to reach my full potential to help me secure employment.
I would definitely recommend this course! I really enjoyed this course and I can wait to use the knowledge it has given me in the future.
