Two options per pairing rather than three, because in each campaign the third direction is a colour change of one of these, not a different idea. If Bee wants a genuine third concept for any pairing, the ones I would build are noted on the recommendations slide.

How to read this

Three things to know before you open them.

01

Brand first, then holiday

Every design uses the college's own logo, colour, course name and graduate quote. The holiday is carried by structure and typography, not by tinsel — so all three campaigns can run back to back in the same template set without the college looking like a department store.

02

The offer figures are placeholders

40% off / BLACK40, £50 off / FESTIVE50 and 25% off / NEWYEAR27 are invented so the layouts have something concrete to hold. Swap in the real numbers and dates before anything is built — every one sits on a single line in each template.

03

They are real, sendable HTML

Table-based, inline-CSS, 600 px, with Outlook conditional code and a responsive stack for mobile. Not mockups — these can go into the ESP as they are. Only the images and the tracking need adding.

One flag: the brief said “college websites”, but the chosen format is email templates. If Bee also wants on-site hero banners, the same nine concepts re-cut to 1600 × 600 is a short job — say the word and I will add them as a second set rather than replace these.

Brand system

Each college keeps its own voice.

British College of Interior Design
Established 2009 · The Diploma of Professional Interior Design · 9,600+ students in 80 countries
Burgundy#980747
Gold#F2CC00
Cream#FDFBD4

Warm, aspirational, portfolio-led. Copy leans on career change and creative confidence.

Subject-line register “Black Friday: 40% off The Diploma of Professional Interior Design” “Christmas: a portfolio, not a cracker joke”
British College of Journalism
The Freelance Journalism Course · assignments marked by a working journalist · 18+ years
Orange#DD6B02
Ink#1F2933
Sand#FDF1E6

Direct, credible, craft-led. Copy leans on being marked and published, not ticked off.

Subject-line register “Black Friday: 40% off, and your first byline” “New Year: pitch your first feature by February”
British College of Professional Styling
The Professional Photo, Film, TV & Personal Stylist's Course · 3,300+ students in 80 countries
Violet#796E9C
Clay#C98B6B
Mist#F3F0F8

Elegant, personal, career-for-life. Copy leans on tutor feedback and building a business.

Subject-line register “Black Friday: 40% off a career in styling” “Christmas: the gift is the confidence”

Palettes and marks taken from each live site, not invented. The three colleges share a template architecture but never share a colour — so a subscriber to more than one does not receive what looks like the same email three times.

If you want my view

One option per campaign, and why.

Black Friday / Cyber MondayCoupon CodeOption B

The code does the persuading, so the layout does not have to shout. It also survives being forwarded, which is how Black Friday email actually travels.

ChristmasFestive ClassicOption A

December inboxes are loud. The quiet, centred serif is the one that reads as a considered gift rather than a promotion, which suits a £-thousand career course.

New YearResolution ChecklistOption B

It asks the reader to audit themselves instead of comparing discounts, and it makes the smallest ask of the three — right for a January audience that has already ignored a month of offers.

My pick is the same across all three colleges, because the campaign logic is the same — only the brand changes. It is genuinely a recommendation, not a default: any pairing can run either option.

What I need from Bee.

A

Choose

One option (A or B) for each of the nine college / campaign pairings. A single line is enough — “Interior Design: A, A, B” covers it.

B

Confirm the offers

Real discount, real code, real dates. Everything visual is finished; these three figures per campaign are the only blanks.

C

Website heroes at 1600 × 600 from the chosen concepts, if the campaigns are running on-site as well as by email.
